Job summary

STI Federal, supporting NIWC Atlantic’s CIO Software Services IPT, seeks a Business Analyst II to drive enterprise workflow modernization and end-to-end testing efforts. You will gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, support UAT, and coordinate sprints in a hybrid Charleston, SC environment.

You will perform manual and automated testing, regression and performance testing, while collaborating with government stakeholders and developers to translate needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated) and/or business analysis within an Agile environment.
• Experience developing test scripts and documenting results.
• Clearance: DoD Secret or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality manual testing execution and documentation.
• Build and maintain automated testing solutions.
• Strengthen system reliability through regression testing.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control.
• Enhance system performance visibility through performance testing.
• Maintain clear communication and operational monitoring.
• Provide daily updates on framework loads and data issues.
• Support Agile SDLC activities and business process improvements.
