Job summary

Mainstay is hiring an Escrow Support Specialist in Plano, TX to join the National Title Post Closing - Recording team. You will review lender and escrow documents, ensure consistency with settlement statements, and submit items for county recording.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication with closers, and adherence to Texas licensure requirements. You will work in-office, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to support the MNT Markets and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-touch customer service environment.
• Experience in reviewing real estate closing documents.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review file accuracy and ensure documents match settlement info.
• Scan documents into ResWare and manage filing
• Submit closing documents to county for recording
• Send executed documents to lender and client
• Support learning and development activities
• Assist MNT Markets as needed
• Meet Texas licensure activities as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned
