You will review commitments, order estoppels and payoffs, and prepare CD settlement statements while actively marketing services to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Reception and/or customer service training helpful.
• Knowledge of MS Office; ability to word process, work with spreadsheets, and use proprietary applications.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, customers, associates, managers, visitors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally.
• Communicate well, verbally and in writing.
