Blueprint Title in Austin, TX is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support disbursements and post-closing activities with precision and fiduciary responsibility. You will partner with Post-Closing Manager, Escrow Officers, Operations, Title, and Finance to keep disbursements and recordings moving smoothly, with a Texas-centric focus.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, prior escrow experience, and willingness to pursue a Texas Escrow License if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Experience with Qualia or similar title/escrow software is required or highly desirable.
• 1+ years in a title, escrow, or closing environment.
• Experience handling fiduciary funds or related accounting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate outgoing escrow disbursements nationwide, with emphasis on Texas.
• Review settlement statements and disbursement instructions for accuracy.
• Prepare checks, wires, payoffs, and other disbursement types.
• Verify payees, amounts, and required approvals before funds release.
• Maintain records of disbursement activity and deadlines.
• Resolve discrepancies and monitor for delays or issues.
• Coordinate with Escrow Officers, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Assist with post-closing tasks and recording matters.
