Job summary

First American in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Escrow Support Processor to provide a wide range of support to Escrow Processors and Escrow Officers. You may work on escrow openings and closings, set up escrow files, prepare correspondence, and handle fund disbursements and closing statements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years escrow processing experience with strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of support to a team of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers.
• May work on escrow openings and closings.
• Perform clerical functions to set up escrow files and prepare correspondence, escrow files and orders preliminary title reports.
• Perform fund disbursements and prepare/ deliver closing statements and letters.
• Schedule and provide instructions to couriers; order payoffs and HOA documents; distribute preliminary reports.
