Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, processing, or related experience.
• Financial services or title experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad support to the escrow operations department.
• Review and audit files related to escrow closings.
• Review settlement documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with escrow units to obtain missing information for accurate close.
• Follow departmental processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
