First American in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support the escrow team in a fast-paced environment. You will open orders, prepare closing documents, and manage disbursement with accuracy.

You will regularly communicate with customers, interpret escrow agreements, and use various technologies to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional service. High school diploma and 2+ years escrow experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to quickly learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the escrow process: open orders, input closing details, prepare documents for closing, and handle disbursement and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process.
• Interpret escrow agreements and related documents.
• Use multiple technologies to enable escrow transactions and provide a great customer experience.
• Greet visitors and operate a multi-line phone system.
