This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams. A high school diploma and 2+ years in escrow are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process: open orders, input closing statements, prepare documents for closing, and manage disbursement follow-up.
