Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow Experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and escrow related software. Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine correspondence; speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up a disbursement ledger with checks and wires and input data from closing statements.
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement once the file is closed.
• Balance files and disburse funds according to direction with escrow officers and Title Agents.
