Job summary

Guaranty Escrow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to lead real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing on our on-site South Bay / Los Angeles team.

You will manage real estate escrows, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver responsive service to buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of escrow officer experience in real estate.
• Proficiency with Qualia or similar escrow software.
• Strong knowledge of escrow laws and closing processes.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Lead escrow transactions from opening through closing with a detail-oriented, client-centered team at Guaranty Escrow.

Guaranty Escrow is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer for our on-site South Bay / Los Angeles team. You will manage real estate escrow transactions from start to finish, uphold rigorous compliance standards, and provide responsive service to buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other transaction partners.

• Workplace Full-time, on-site role in the South Bay / Los Angeles area.
• Experience 3+ years managing real estate escrow transactions.
• Systems Qualia or comparable escrow transaction software.

What You Will Do

• Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents.
• Handle escrow funds in accordance with applicable regulations and written instructions.
• Conduct client signings and explain closing documents with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with RESPA, DBO/DRE, and internal policies.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience managing real estate transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of escrow laws, real estate law, and closing processes.
• Proficiency in Qualia or similar escrow software.
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
