Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an independent escrow company.
• DFPI clearance is preferred.
• Experience with escrow software like QUALIA or RBJ is a plus.

YOU WILL BE

As an escrow officer, you’ll be the go-to person for opening new escrows, coordinating with lenders, dealing with title companies, and guaranteeing everything goes off without a hitch. Whether residential, commercial, or refinance transactions, we want someone who can easily handle it all. Of course, your job won’t just stop at paperwork (as exciting as that can be). You’ll need to smooth over title issues, handle tricky lien situations, and be the hero of every real estate deal. You’ll make sure closing dates are hit and all the necessary documents are in, signed, and ready to go to check that every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ crossed. Let’s face it — without you, these deals don’t happen.
