Gradus Management is seeking an experienced Escrow Operations Manager to oversee daily escrow operations and support a growing team in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have proven independent escrow industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.

This key role focuses on managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the escrow industry is required.
• DFPI-regulated independent escrow experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise escrow staff and provide performance guidance.
• Coordinate scheduling and time-card approvals.
• Manage Qualia deployment and interface with IT/support.
• Monitor daily escrow processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations.
• Maintain open communication with staff and management.
• Support regulatory audits and DFPI guidelines.
• Coordinate team-building and promote morale.
• Travel locally as needed.
