Job summary

SECU Credit Union Ltd. in Linthicum, MD seeks an Escrow Management Specialist to support our Real Estate Servicing Team. The role involves processing escrow transactions, resolving tax and insurance vendor issues, and assisting members with escrow inquiries.

The position requires at least 2 years of escrow experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to work onsite during training at our Linthicum headquarters. Team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of escrow experience, specifically with Tax, Insurance, and/or PMI Premium Payments.
• Knowledge of Homeowner’s Protection Act, preferred.
• Knowledge of Flood Insurance requirements, preferred.
• Familiarity with Annual Escrow Disclosure and impact on mortgage payments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet SLAs and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process escrow transactions for Real Property Tax, Homeowners, Flood Insurance, and PMI.
• Coordinate with insurance and tax vendors to resolve exceptions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on escrow inquiries for members.
• Collaborate with lending units in loan servicing aspects.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, and related regulations.
