Job summary

First American is growing in Bend, OR, and we're looking for an Escrow Assistant to join our team in-office, five days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in the details, and wants to learn the escrow business from experienced professionals.

In this role, you'll provide critical administrative and customer support throughout the escrow process, helping keep transactions moving, customers informed, and our team operating at its best.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to grow within escrow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process: open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, handle disbursement and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
