Job Summary
Escrow Assistant supporting the Escrow Department in a branch or office setting. Responsible for customer service and administrative duties related to residential escrow closings.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
- Open orders and input closing statement information.
- Prepare documents for closing and handle the complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions.
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
Job Complexities
- Work on problems of moderately complex scope where action requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Research and obtain information for a wide range of complex data.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Follow department processes and procedures and may recommend improvements to these processes.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of escrow‑related experience.
Pay Range
$16.63 - $22.18 per hour.
