First American is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant in Red Bluff, California. The role primarily involves supporting the Escrow Department with customer service and various administrative duties related to residential escrow closings. Responsibilities include opening orders, preparing documents, handling transactions, and communicating with clients effectively.

Typical level: Intermediate. The role supports the Escrow Department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings, primarily residential transactions. The assistant may provide general support for a team or partner with an escrow officer.
Pay Range: $18.82 - $23.43 per hour (base). Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
