Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Escrow Analysis Specialist I to review and complete escrow analysis in accordance with RESPA for escrow and non-escrow loans with negative escrow advances. You will perform daily analyses, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year residential mortgage loan servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily escrow analysis via task work queue and monthly bulk processing for the portfolio.
• Research illogical collection amounts, due dates, or large changes in payment to ensure loans comply with RESPA regulations.
• Solve problems rapidly and cost-effectively with minimal disruption.
• Ensure accounts are documented with accurate status updates.
• Process requests from mortgage holder, clients, or other departments.
