The Escape Game, LLC in Century City, CA is seeking a Seasonal Game Guide to warmly welcome guests and guide them through immersive escape rooms. You will engage groups of 2–12, explain gameplay, and ensure a memorable visit.

Responsibilities include operating the game software, monitoring progress, resetting rooms between sessions, restocking and cleaning, and providing a five-star guest experience while resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead groups of 2–12 guests and deliver upbeat, welcoming introductions.
• Explain and demonstrate game rules and how to play to guests.
• Operate game software to monitor progress and assist guests during play.
• Reset and restore game components between sessions, following setup sheets.
• Handle post-game duties: recap with guests and maintain cleanliness and organization.
