The Escape Game in Downtown Austin is seeking adaptable Game Guides who excel in hospitality and guest engagement. You will welcome and guide groups of 2–12 through immersive escape rooms, explain game rules, and ensure a memorable experience from start to finish.

• Flexible availability. This role works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests with upbeat, friendly conversation.
• Explain TEG games and products to guests.
• Monitor game progress using Game Guide software and respond to guest needs.
• Summarize the guest experience at the outro and reset games for the next group.
