Job summary

Mountain States Toyota is seeking an eSales Agent to engage with customers interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. You will handle internet inquiries and calls, establish contact, and present pricing and financing options to drive appointments and dealership visits.

You will work with lead management tools and CRM software, receive ongoing training in customer service and sales techniques, and report to the Traffic or Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience.
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
