Job summary

The eSales Agent at Mountain States Toyota in Denver is responsible for engaging with customers who are contacting the dealership to purchase a new or pre‑owned vehicle. The goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership, handling internet inquiries and phone calls with a premium customer experience.

This role uses lead management tools and CRM software, will be trained on products, financing and incentives, and reports to the Traffic Manager or Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and achieve goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
