Job summary

Toyota of Cleveland is seeking an eSales Agent to respond to internet and phone inquiries about purchasing or leasing vehicles. This role focuses on generating sales appointments and delivering a premium guest experience using CRM and lead management tools.

You will handle inbound inquiries, update guest files, and stay knowledgeable about inventory, financing, and incentives. This position is office-based with set hours Monday-Saturday, 8am-7pm, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Experience in a call center environment or high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to read and follow corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all guest inquiry data into the CRM.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of guest satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with guests.
