SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an eSales Agent to engage with dealership customers who want to purchase new or pre-owned vehicles. You will respond to internet inquiries and phone calls, generate sales appointments, and guide guests with pricing and purchasing options.

You’ll use lead management tools and CRM software to manage initial guest engagement and stay aligned with KPIs. This full-time role reports to the Traffic Manager or Sales Manager and offers annual pay that ranges from $48,000

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs.
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information.
• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests.
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs.
