Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementations and ERP transformation.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, transparency, and measurable progress.
• Leverage Agile tools to manage backlogs, sprint planning, dashboards, reporting, and delivery governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
