Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/business/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT program and delivery management experience, including large-scale enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementations and digital transformation.
• Develop, manage, and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs, sprints, and release planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful go-lives and stabilization.
