CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a senior ERP professional to lead end-to-end system design and SAP/Salesforce integration across a global team. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, workshops, and testing to ensure alignment with business goals.

The position supports a major ERP upgrade, offers a competitive compensation package with a 10% bonus target, and requires 60%+ travel. Remote work from the US is available with periodic domestic travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or other relevant business preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.
• Strong strategic and problem solver mindset with ability to break down complex problems into testable components.
• Effective collaboration and communication within a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements, engage in solution validation and end-to-end workshops.
• Leverage and evaluate SAP's integration and best practices.
• Help COE understand the business to create technical requirements.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and SMEs on testing scenarios thoroughly to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Align on shared goals and defined processes to ensure all teams work in sync towards a common vision.
• Focus on testing end-to-end business scenarios that simulate real-world usage and cross-functional workflows.
• Deliver, reinforce, and sustain end user training activities (classroom / virtual).
• Deliver Hyper-care support during Go Live where necessary.
