Job summary

Specialized Bicycle Components in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a Technical Project Manager – ERP to lead ERP initiatives, including Oracle EBS migrations toward Fusion Cloud, in a hybrid delivery setting. You will bridge business processes with technical teams, drive planning, governance, and delivery excellence, and champion AI-enabled PMO practices.

The role requires 5+ years managing cross-functional ERP projects, strong stakeholder communication, and experience with Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology projects or programs in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven delivery experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting Finance, Inventory, and/or Order Management business domains.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, data teams, QA, SMEs, and vendors.
• Strong discipline in planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, and executive-level communication.
• Ability to simplify complex topics, influence without authority, and move teams from ambiguity to clarity.
• Experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools to support project and program management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and adjacent technology projects from initiation through deployment, including planning, discovery, execution, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Partner with Functional and Technical Leads to define scope, outcomes, and measurable success criteria aligned to core business processes.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multi-workstream delivery across functional, technical, integration, data, QA, and business teams.
