Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex Oracle Fusion transformation program across HCM, PLM, R2R, and O2D. You will manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, design, configuration, testing, change readiness, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of experience managing enterprise technology projects including ERP/Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across HCM/PLM/R2R/O2D.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of an Oracle Fusion business transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures with executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely decisions and alignment of design, data, and deployments.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, scope changes, and escalations to keep the program on schedule.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, and deployment readiness; ensure governance over vendors.
