Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager – ERP to lead cross-functional Oracle ERP initiatives.

You will guide delivery from planning through post-go-live, balancing Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud migrations with finance, inventory, and order management processes. Based at our Morgan Hill, CA headquarters, this in-office role blends hybrid delivery practices, Agile and waterfall, and AI-enabled approaches to improve planning, tracking, and communications across

Qualifications

5+ years leading technology projects cross-functional.
ERP platforms experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Finance, Inventory, and/or Order Management domain familiarity.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, architects, data, QA, SMEs, and vendors.
Strong planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, and executive communication.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to support PMO activities.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live.
Define scope, outcomes, milestones, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate multi-workstream delivery across functional, technical, data, QA, and business teams.
Facilitate decision-making and governance with clarity on trade-offs and impact.
Apply hybrid delivery approaches (waterfall for config/data migration; Agile for iterations).
Drive PMO modernization with AI-enabled planning, forecasting, and reporting.
