Job summary

Clayton is seeking a PMO Project Manager III to lead complex ERP modernization efforts, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. You will drive multi-workstream planning, governance, and executive communications to align stakeholders with business outcomes.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations, manage risks, coordinate with implementation partners, and ensure timely delivery using PMO standards and tools such as ServiceNow SPM/PPM and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects with Financials or finance processes.
• Strong PM fundamentals including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
• Ability to translate business processes and facilitate discussions between technical and business teams without deep BA specialization.
• Experience working with implementation partners and navigating Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, organization, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• PMP certification or equivalent project leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM and Smartsheet is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans spanning scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and milestones with clear project health visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies impacting timelines or outcomes.
• Establish governance routines, maintain decision logs, and communicate to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and business impact.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities for successful deployments.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and priorities with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate activities with implementation partners and vendors to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Leverage PMO standards and tools (ServiceNow SPM/PPM, Smartsheet) where applicable.
