Job summary

Nextech Solutions is seeking a skilled ERP program leader to drive a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation focused on Financials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT, managing requirements, design, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

The role emphasizes strategic coordination, stakeholder management, and executive reporting to ensure a smooth deployment and post-production stabilization.

Overview

Lead and coordinate complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, with a primary focus on Financials. This role works across business and technology stakeholders to coordinate an end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, change management and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation workstreams, including Financials and related enterprise functions.
• Coordinate requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, cutover and stabilization activities.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and change.
• Coordinate Agile, Scrum, hybrid or iterative delivery activities and ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, roadmaps, governance materials, status reports, RAID logs, action items and decision tracking.
• Coordinate business and technical teams across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Operations and IT.
• Coordinate with Oracle and external implementation or technical partners.
• Support data migration validation and reconciliation, system and user acceptance testing, defect resolution, go-live and post-production stabilization.
• Provide executive-level reporting and facilitate decisions, escalations and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing complex enterprise ERP initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP implementation, particularly Oracle Financials, or comparable directly relevant ERP implementation experience.
• Experience managing ERP implementation lifecycle activities and complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, hybrid or iterative project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, resources and executive reporting.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder, facilitation and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, testing and/or cutover activities within enterprise technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards or another legacy ERP transition.
• Experience with project portfolio or work-management tools such as Oracle, ServiceNow, Workfront, Jira or comparable platforms.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR or shared-services functions.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe or comparable certification.
