The Business Transformation ERP Specialist will support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen business integration, and modernize enterprise systems across a global organization.

This role focuses on ERP implementation and transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, operational analytics, and continuous process improvement.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and site leadership to align technology solutions with business requirements.

By analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for standardization, you will help implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The position also involves supporting system migrations, testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

You will use data-driven insights to inform decisions, resolve operational challenges, and support cross-functional transformation projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, analytical professional who enjoys navigating complex business environments and contributing to large-scale operational change.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with IT, Operations, and site leadership to understand business requirements for ERP transitions and translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.

  • Support operational integration initiatives arising from mergers and acquisitions, including ERP transitions and the alignment of business processes, systems, and workflows.

  • Assess existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement, and areas where standardization can strengthen performance.

  • Support ERP implementation and migration activities, including requirements gathering, system testing, data transition, user training, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • Develop and execute change management activities that encourage adoption of new systems, processes, and operational practices.

  • Create, maintain, and improve operational dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to support business performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with site leaders and technology teams to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and ERP-related challenges.

  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to help streamline manufacturing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

  • Support strategic projects and business transformation initiatives across global operations, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

  • Work effectively across Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions to coordinate activities and deliver sustainable improvements.

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support assigned business units, site integration activities, and transformation projects.

  • Perform additional duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, capital goods, business transformation, ERP implementation, or a related operational environment.

  • Practical experience supporting ERP implementations, system migrations, or business process transformation initiatives.

  • Experience contributing to M&A integration activities, particularly operational integration, system transitions, and process alignment.

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or comparable quality and operational excellence frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, and site leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a changing business environment.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel.

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role in an office or professional workplace environment, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.

Benefits:
  • Work flexibility: The role is listed as remote-eligible, although the description also identifies Addison, Texas, as the primary work location and states that the position is not fully remote. Candidates should confirm the applicable arrangement during recruitment.

  • Career development: Opportunities to contribute to ERP transformation, M&A integration, and global operational improvement initiatives.

  • Cross-functional exposure: Collaboration with teams across manufacturing, technology, supply chain, quality, finance, and operations leadership.
