Job summary

CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable industrial solutions, is seeking a Business Transformation ERP Specialist to drive ERP transitions, M&A integrations, and operational analytics across the enterprise. You will partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, and site leadership to analyze processes, implement improvements, and support change management during system migrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing or ERP programs, with proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, capital goods, business transformation, ERP implementation, or related environment.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or business process transformation.
• Experience with M&A integration and operational process improvement.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Operations, and site leadership to understand ERP transition requirements and translate them to technical partners.
• Support operational M&A integrations, including ERP transitions and process integration.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Develop and support change management plans to drive adoption of new systems and changes.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain operational analytics, dashboards, and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with site leadership and tech teams to resolve operational and system issues.
• Support special projects and global operations transformation initiatives.
