Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Business Transformation ERP Specialist to drive ERP transitions, M&A integration, and process improvements across Operations, IT, and sites. Analyze current processes, define actionable improvements, and support change management to ensure adoption of new systems.

The role partners with Operations, IT, Manufacturing, Quality, and site leadership to implement and optimize ERP-driven integrations in a global business. Travel may be required up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, capital goods, business transformation, ERP implementation, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or business process transformation.
• Experience with M&A integration and operational process improvement.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience developing operational reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Operations, and site leadership to understand business requirements related to ERP transitions and translate operational needs to technical partners.
• Support operational M&A integrations, including ERP transitions and the integration of business processes and systems.
• Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Develop and support change management plans to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and operational improvements.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain operational analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Partner with site leadership and technology teams to identify and resolve operational and system-related issues.
• Support special projects and business transformation initiatives across Global Operations.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
