Job summary

Lapmaster Wolters is seeking an ERP Project Manager to drive the transformation across the US, UK, and Germany. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and partners to maintain the program plan and ensure adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams, govern and report on progress, and coordinate data migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, ERP or large-scale implementations.
• Proven ability to drive accountability, resolve issues, and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP transformation program across business and technical workstreams.
• Maintain the integrated project plan with ownership, milestones, dependencies, and critical path visibility.
• Coordinate governance activities, risk/issue tracking, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure data migration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live readiness activities are completed.
