Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager, ERP Transformation, to lead a company-wide ERP rollout across 20+ facilities and functions. You will partner with IT and business leaders, define governance, and drive execution and change with measurable outcomes.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and vendor accountability, ensuring on-time go-lives and value realization across manufacturing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive project or program management experience leading enterprise application initiatives.
• Experience leading at least one full lifecycle ERP or enterprise system implementation through production go-live.
• Experience delivering custom-developed software solutions.
• Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives that resulted in measurable operational improvements.
• Experience operating within regulated environments with GAAP or internal audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan end to end across scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Defend rollout cadence and accelerate as program matures.
• Drive all teams to committed dates and escalate risks to leadership as needed.
• Maintain risk, issue, and action registers with owners and due dates.
• Present status and recommendations to CEO and executive leadership.
