The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise transformations, ERP/WMS implementations, and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required; MBA, ITIL, CCMP, or Prosci certification preferred.
• 12+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven success delivering business and technology transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive organizational alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop integrated project plans and manage multiple concurrent programs.
• Mitigate risks and manage dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
