Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a senior training professional to drive the ERP transformation and technology strategy across locations. This role focuses on moving from older ERP systems to a single, integrated platform and delivering complex technical trainings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
7+ years relevant work experience.
Understanding of ERP systems and integration with business processes.

Responsibilities

Delivers complex technical trainings on a wide range of solutions areas/ technologies.
Leads development of best practices and standards across Analysts.
Creates and leads agile learning strategies and recommends effective training materials and priorities.
Collaborates with senior level cross functional stakeholders to understand business initiatives, challenges and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience.
Conducts analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to functional or organizational leaders and providing insights or recommendations.
Develops formal documentation of programs, curriculum, and outcome objectives.
Serves as a deep technical resource.
