Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Lead to bridge Operations and IT, guiding the transition to Oracle Fusion across Albuquerque and Germantown sites. This role partners on core processes including program management, data governance, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing for ERP integration.

The ideal candidate will bring defense/aerospace experience with government contracts, cost accounting, and full lifecycle program execution, combining strategic vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related discipline is required or equivalent.
• At least 8 years in design, development and implementation of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• 8+ years related ERP experience with Oracle preferred.
• Completion of Oracle certifications/classes and APICS certifications.
• Demonstrated project management skills and portfolio management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototyping sessions to enhance business processes and information flow.
• Review existing systems and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
• Set objectives, plans, and budgets; delegate and monitor execution.
• Interact with senior management on cross-functional issues and performance.
• Drive change and partnerships while ensuring policy adherence and DoD compliance.
