Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst, Finance Systems to own data migration for Oracle Fusion while advancing AI-enabled finance operations. You will lead data conversion, quality controls, and AI-driven automation, reporting to the Director, Finance Systems.

The role combines traditional data migration with cutting-edge AI, requiring collaboration with FP&A, IT, and vendor teams to implement intelligent workflows and governance for financial data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial data management, ERP data migration, or BI/analytics.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building AI/LLM apps, intelligent agents, or ML models.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle ERP data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration planning for Oracle Fusion, including scope, source identification, mapping, and schedules.
• Extract, transform, and load financial data from legacy systems.
• Develop data mapping docs translating legacy structures to Oracle Fusion Cloud models.
• Design and implement data quality rules, validation, and dashboards using Python/SQL/AI frameworks.
