Job summary

AV is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Lead to bridge Operations and IT/DBT as we transition to Oracle Fusion at our Albuquerque and Germantown sites. This role will ensure core processes in program management, data governance, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing are optimized and integrated into the new ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline required.
• 8+ years in designing, developing and implementing ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• 8+ years ERP experience with Oracle preferred.
• Completion of Oracle certifications and APICS certifications.
• Strong project management skills and portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
• Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
