Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–12 years in ERP or enterprise applications and related IT/business transformation roles.
• Experience with ERP implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, inventory, and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key internal leader supporting Oracle Fusion implementation and enterprise systems transformation initiatives.
• Act as bridge between business leadership, end users, IT, software vendors, and system integrators.
• Lead readiness activities across ERP deployment including process alignment, testing readiness, training coordination, and cutover preparation.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehousing, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer Service to align processes with operational reality.
• Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to manage deliverables, risks, and decisions in a timely manner.
• Establish project discipline through status reporting, risk tracking, and action-item ownership.
• Support data, reporting, integration, and process discussions for ERP deployment across multiple sites.
• Lead or support conference room pilots, SIT, UAT, cutover, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Support organizational change through stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
