Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT program and delivery management experience in large-scale initiatives.
• Proven ERP implementation or modernization leadership.
• Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
• Experience with backlog management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Leadership of multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.
• Executive-level reporting and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and transformation programs.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and SI partners.
• Oversee requirements, testing, release planning, and go-live readiness.
• Provide executive status, governance materials, and financial insights.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend.
