Keel is seeking an experienced IT leader to own ERP initiatives and manage the IFS 10 environment. You will blend project management with hands-on troubleshooting, driving improvements while preparing for IFS Cloud migration.

The role requires translating business needs into actionable tech solutions, coordinating with departments, vendors, and IT resources to ensure stability and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field and 5+ years managing technical projects.
• Experience supporting or improving ERP systems in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud; ERP integrations and upgrades; PMP/ITIL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for IFS 10 ERP, coordinating issue resolutions with other IT resources.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Partner with departments to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document requirements, system changes, and project status for stakeholders.
