Job summary

Keel is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives around IFS 10 and future IFS Cloud migration. You will blend hands-on support with project delivery, ensuring stability, performance, and business alignment across ERP processes.

The role demands coordinating IT and business teams, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement while guiding changes and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, PM, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing technical or IT projects.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner with users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Experience with IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud; ERP integrations, reporting, upgrades.
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and modern PM methodologies; PMP/ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Define scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors while managing testing, deployment, and change management.
• Provide timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support ERP roadmap, modernization, and integration initiatives across applications and data.
• Balance operational support with project delivery and continuous improvement.
