Job summary

Temp-Con, Inc. seeks an experienced IFS ERP Lead to own the IFS Cloud lifecycle, upgrades, and integration strategy across Finance, HR, FSM, and Projects.

You will partner with business leadership, drive roadmap and backlog in JIRA, implement scalable solutions, mentor staff, and ensure a reliable, extensible architecture with strong reporting via Power BI. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication with executives, and hands-on technical depth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on IFS ERP experience across Finance, HR, FSM, and Projects.
• Deep knowledge of IFS Cloud lifecycle: configurations, customizations, upgrades.
• Experience leading ERP version upgrades, with regression testing and cutover planning.
• Experience managing ERP roadmaps and backlogs using JIRA with sprint planning.
• Experience with Power BI ERP reporting and data analytics collaboration.
• Experience with external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IFS SME to business and IT leadership.
• Own IFS Cloud lifecycle including roadmap, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Lead IFS 26R1 upgrade planning and establish annual upgrade process.
• Manage IFS roadmap and backlog in JIRA with prioritization.
• Architect IFS solutions translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop a Junior Support Analyst; create SOPs and escalation processes.
• Strengthen internal IFS expertise and reduce external reliance.
