Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Temporary IFS Cloud Migration Tech Lead to join our Corporate IT Team and work remotely. You will own the day‑to‑day technical direction for a 7‑person team through go‑live and stabilization, coordinating with IT leadership and business stakeholders to meet milestones.

The role requires IFS experience, ERP leadership, and strong collaboration skills, with a focus on on‑time delivery and risk mitigation in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of ERP experience with at least 1 year leading a large ERP project.
• Hands‑on IFS Cloud experience preferred (Apps 10 or migration).
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical execution of the IFS Cloud migration for go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate integration testing, system validation, and cutover planning for the December milestone.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, blockers, and dependencies with third‑party vendors/IFS partners.
• Document key technical decisions and migration processes for knowledge continuity.
