Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ERP implementation activities.
• Gather requirements from various business areas.
• Support data cleansing and data preparation tasks.
• Assist with data migration prep activities.
• Document business processes and workflows.
• Perform bolt-on systems analysis and validation.
• Support supply chain process mapping and improvement efforts, helping identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs and system impacts.
• Help track implementation milestones and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication across project teams.
• Analyze operational and inventory data to support decision-making, testing, and process improvements.
• Participate in project meetings and status updates, capturing notes, action items, and progress summaries.
• Apply a basic understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing processes, to support project tasks.
• Demonstrate familiarity with modern ERP systems and emerging AI capabilities, contributing to discussions on system enhancements and future state opportunities.
