Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.1; transcripts may be requested during review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL or related languages.
• Interest in business systems, process improvement, low-code platforms, or AI-enabled technologies.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or other process-mapping applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process documentation, including mapping current-state and future-state workflows for Information & Engineering Systems initiatives.
• Support requirements gathering for internal applications by translating user needs into clear functional requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) by executing test scripts, documenting defects, validating updates, and confirming that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare materials, data, and analysis for reviews, daily standups, stakeholder meetings, and project updates.
• Create and maintain system documentation such as user guides, training materials, process instructions, and knowledgebase content.
• Collaborate with team members to support productivity, automation, and continuous-improvement efforts across the organization.
• Assist with system monitoring and reporting to maintain stable operations.
• Contribute to asset, configuration, and network documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support ticket triage by categorizing issues, gathering initial details, and routing requests to appropriate teams.
• Help execute small infrastructure improvement tasks such as configuration updates, maintenance activities, and documentation enhancements.
