  • Help track implementation milestones and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication across project teams.
  • Analyze operational and inventory data to support decision-making, testing, and process improvements.
  • Participate in project meetings and status updates, capturing notes, action items, and progress summaries.
  • Apply a basic understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing processes, to support project tasks.

Internship from May/June - August/September 2027

Mercury Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented Information Technology Intern – Enterprise Systems to support Mercury's ongoing ERP implementation and related business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior student interested in enterprise applications, supply chain processes, data quality, and cross‑functional systems work. In this hands‑on role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to help ensure a smooth and successful ERP deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ERP implementation activities, including:
  • Gathering requirements from various business areas

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with operational and inventory data
  • Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise‑level digital transformation
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows
  • Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning new systems and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross‑functional environments
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn complex enterprise systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience, which may include coursework, class projects, internships, or part‑time roles involving Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Full time Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position: $17.00 - 38.00/hour
